At Nutricook, we stand behind the quality of our kitchen appliances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the appliance in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
